Cornerstone’s Kids, please fill out a registration card
• Sign-in your child in on the form, and pick up your child’s name badge - Every child must be signed in by a parent - Every child needs to have a name badge.
• Children who are 2 and 3 yrs. old need to be taken down to their classroom - One of our volunteers can direct you to the right location
• Children 4 yrs. through 6th Grade are free to play in the Recreation Area or sit in Worship Area to watch the music videos - Once children have been checked-in to the Children’s
Ministry area, they cannot leave without a parent (parents will be found in the event a child needs them)
• Once the service is over, you can retrieve your child from the Children’s Ministry area - Only a parent will be permitted to check out a child from this area - Children must be
signed-out of this area
Nursery Check-in
Bring your child (Infants and Toddlers) to their respective Nursery - Please hand your child over the door to the nursery worker - If it is your child’s first time in
the Nursery, please fill out a registration card
• Sign-in your child on the form, fill out a name badge, and place it on your child’s back - Each label should be numbered to correspond with the child’s pager number
• You will receive a numbered pager from the nursery worker - The number of the pager should correspond with the number on the child’s label
• The child’s diaper bag will be placed on a hook in the nursery that corresponds with their label/pager number - This creates triple-redundancy; the label number, pager number, and
hook number should all match
• Once the service is over, you can retrieve your child from the Nursery - Please give the nursery worker the pager you were given - Only a parent (or a person you as the parent
authorize) will be permitted to check out a child from the NurseryThe Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church community centers provide invaluable community services, such as vocational training,
parenting classes, temporary shelter for displaced families and more.
